Thanks to the ongoing efforts of former NHL player, Mark Kirton and the entire ALS Super Fund team, a Charitable Impact Cause Fund, the National Hockey League (NHL), and all 32 Canadian and US teams join forces to support the ALS Super Auction.

Kevin Moorhead, Senior Director of Cause Funds at Charitable Impact was a guest on The "Naz & Wally Sports Hour", a sports talk show on Zoomer Radio AM740, airing Sundays from 9am to 10am. He was accompanied by Ultimate Leafs fan, Mike Wilson to talk about former Leaf Mark Kirton and his courageous fight against ALS.

Speaking about being on this journey with Mark, Moorhead said, "He's just an inspiration to me every day. If I ever feel tired with the work I'm doing, I look at Mark what he's facing and the guy just fights. And I don't know where it comes from. I've never seen a guy with this kind of heart. I can't imagine what kind of hockey player he must have been, but he's just the truest fighter I've ever met."
