Recovery Ecosystem

Plan
Recovery Ecosystem is a person-centred social care revolution.
A community-based approach to addiction recovery that connects trusted providers across treatment, mental health, housing, and wellness—so people can access the right care at the right time.

The Problem
Addiction recovery systems are fragmented, difficult to navigate, and slow to respond.
People seeking recovery from substance use disorders face a fragmented and siloed system of care. Disconnected services, providers, and resources—along with long waits and complex referral processes, often shaped by rigid systems and limited coordination—make it difficult for people to access addiction recovery and related supports when they need them most.

The Opportunity
Coordinated care, funding that follows people
Rethinking how addiction recovery is delivered creates an opportunity to move beyond fragmented systems. By intentionally coordinating the work of existing community-based organizations and aligning recovery with comprehensive supports such as mental health, housing, and other essential services, care can be delivered more efficiently and seamlessly—personalized to each person’s recovery journey. When funding is designed to follow individuals rather than institutions, resources can be deployed where and when they are needed most.
Our solution
Stronger Together
Our work is deeply rooted in collaboration with the communities we serve, supported by a network of dedicated donors, partners, and people with lived and living experience.
