What is charity literacy, and why is it important to transform how Canadians experience giving? What is a donor-advised fund, and is it for everyone?

Céline Williams from Canada's Podcast sat down with John Bromley, our Founder and CEO, to discuss how his entrepreneurial journey led to creating Charitable Impact, a donor-centered organization that serves as a platform and support service for donors to make the change they want to see in the world.

"Generosity is something that's very pervasive in a lot of cultures, including Canada. There's a lot of generosity, but people don't know how to channel their generosity towards creating the change they want to see in the world. And that's really what we're here to support them to do." John Bromley (06:49)

While talking about his entrepreneurial experience, Bromley explains how Charitable Impact works and how it helps the donor: "So we give all the tools to the donor to help them manage and carry out their giving, whether they know exactly what they're doing, what charities to give to or whether they're not yet." John Bromley (09:03).
